We’re delighted to announce that Cahill Davis Publishing has signed a deal with K.J. Dando for World English rights for the second novel in the Tom crane series, titled A Craftsman’s Work.

Cassandra Davis of Cahill Davis Publishing said, “I’m excited to get another Tom Crane book out into the world. The first one, Lies After Death, was well received and I think this one will be too! ”

Keith said, “The reaction to Lies After Death has been amazing and I always hoped it would be the start of a series for Tom Crane. I’m over the moon to get book two signed by CDP and can’t wait for readers to find out what happens next in his journey.”

Keith lives in Wales with his wife, two young daughters and a cockapoo that looks more like a teddy bear than a dog. Before he began writing thrillers, Keith served in the British Army and actively engaged in operational duties in Iraq, Kosovo and Bosnia. He then pursued careers in a multitude of industries until he finally decided to follow his true passion – writing. When he isn’t writing you can usually find him up one of the many mountains or on one of the many beaches of Wales, probably with a teddy bear in tow that’s desperate for him to throw the ball for him again and again and again.

More about A Craftsman’s Work:

Business magnate Michael Brookes and his fiancé Lindsey wake up to find their four-year-old son Jacob is missing.

A mobile phone has been left on the bed in his place.

A single text message on it reads:

“If you ever want to see Jacob again – answer this phone when it rings and DO NOT call the Police. Yours Sincerely, The Craftsman.”

Who is The Craftsman?

And what does he want?

If they can’t turn to the police, who can they turn to for help?

Tom Crane is a fixer. He helps people in need, but only if he deems their cause is worthy and just. His methods may not be conventional, but you can count on one thing – he’ll do whatever it takes.

A Craftsman’s Work will be published on 15th November 2024 in both paperback and ebook formats. In the meantime you can connect with Keith on X/Twitter here
